1967 ~ 1972 Hippie-time; drugs; rock-music; new forms of living; (violent) political protest; turning away from many traditional values; Black Power (USA); many Westerners visited Nepal (a lot of them because of drugs). The escaped Tibetans, among them many Lamas, got in contact with Western lifestyle.
