Khenchen Shenga Rinpoche or Khenpo Shenga Rinpoche
Khenchen Shenga Rinpoche or Khenpo Shenga Rinpoche (1871-1927) was a famous scholar of the Sakya and Nyingma tradition, with an enormous knowledge.
He attracted many students from all traditions. He was ask by Situpa to come to Palpung Monastery for the foundation of its new shedra. In Palpung he composed his best-known works.
Later he was also invited by Jamyang Khyentse Chokyi Lodrö to become Khenpo at the school of Dzongsar Monastery and also he initiated the foundation of a third shedra in a Sakya monastery.
