Chökyi Rinchen

Chökyi Rinchen (around 1400) was a disciple of the 4th and the 5th Karmapa.

He is known because he gave empowerments and transmissions of Vajramala, other tantric cycles as well as the full transmission of the Tsurphu cycle to his nephew – Jampal Zangpo, who was
the holder of the lineage transmission between the 6th and the 7th Karmapa.
