Asanga

Asanga (born around 375) together with his half-brother Vasubandhu became the founder
of the Yogacara school (essence of their teachings: everything is mind or consciousness).
His mother Kamalashila was a nun before she became pregnant with her first-born son
Asanga; it is said that she was highly realized; she knew the complete Abhidharma teaching
by heart and passed it on to her two sons.
