12th Shamarpa, Jamyang Rinpoche

The 12th Shamarpa, Jamyang Rinpoche, (1895-1947) was the son of the 15th Karmapa and got the full lineage transmission from him.

He decided to stay in the background, buttaught and guided those with the good karma to know him. It is said that he left footprints on a rock as sign of his full realization.
