Namgyalma

Namgyalma (Tib., Skt. Usnisavijaya, lit. “The Victorious One“) is a Tara buddha aspect of longevity.

Together with Amitayus and White Tara she constitute the three buddha aspects of long life. She belongs to the Kriya Tantra class.

She is depicted with three faces (white, yellow and blue) and eight arms holding various symbolic ritual items in each of her hands.
